The B.A. in Business Management study programme will give a jump start to your professional career. The studies will provide you with knowledge in the area of management: finance, accounting, economics, marketing, and law. Team assignments and projects will provide you with skills such as the ability to communicate and work in a team, which are highly valued on the market. Such a combination of knowledge, skills, and competencies will ensure that you will be capable of performing efficiently in any business organisation, including the ones that operate in an international environment. These studies will also help you to handle running your own business.
The B.A. in Business Management programme has been accredited by the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE). The accreditation confirms the compliance with the requirements for efficient functioning, excellence in teaching, professional management, and good relations with business. The accreditation guarantees that the students will obtain state-of-the-art professional knowledge and skills as well as a degree that is valued on the labour market.
Some characteristics of the study programme
Fluent command of the English language is a fundamental requirement in this programme, as it is taught entirely in English with the use of textbooks and teaching materials in the field of business education offered by leading publishers. Please bear in mind that proficiency in specialised business English can only be achieved if you already are able to think in English.
The curriculum includes courses taught by visiting professors from universities from all over the world as well as practitioners who hold managerial positions in business corporations. The courses you will participate in include, for example: Professional Skills Development, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Introduction to Law, Market and Marketing, Organizational Culture, and Management Toolbox. The B.A. in Business Management programme recognises the current trends in the world of management and management education, ale its structure offers a holistic approach to management.
Graduates of this study programme may be employed in professionally-managed business organisations. The gained learning creates the possibility of filling with professional spirit and skills small or family businesses. This option does not exclude the readiness to work for multi-cultural, multi-national, and global companies which have well-developed management infrastructure and a multitude of various interests (stakes). Graduates of the Business Management study programme will be ready to take up positions of management support specialists and, after several years of experience, may be prepared to professionally establish their own businesses or to apply for executive positions in established companies. Overview of the study programme
Sound management using financial and accounting techniques in a professional and ethical manner lies at the heart of every successful business. A properly organised and executed management process is the key for any company to achieve its operational and strategic goals. In this programme, you will develop a broad understanding of business activity, including specifically learning the tools and methods of finance and accounting, and how to apply them to real business situations involving management and decision-making.
Our Management and Finance degree has been designed intentionally to meet the educational requirements of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA). With an emphasis on learning through practice, it provides a solid foundation in management theory, systems and procedures in finance and accounting, developing your skills in complex design and analysis. You will learn to identify and structure the organisation's problems. You will be able to prepare high quality information for decision making by both internal and external stakeholders, as well as get to know contemporary principles of financial statement preparation, commonly accepted costing and management accounting methods, and the fundamentals of financial management.
The graduates of the B.A. in Management and Finance programme have gone on to work for multi-cultural, multi-national organisations characterised by the global scope of operations in multiple industries (i.e. auditing companies, consulting companies, banks, accounting offices etc.). Mainly, they were employed as assistant managers or specialists in accounting departments, controlling departments and/or financial departments.
DELOITTE
Starting from the academic year 2022/2023, Deloitte holds the patronage over the Management and Finance course. As part of the cooperation, Deloitte offers students the possibility to participate in guest lectures and workshops conducted by practitioners, internships, and support (consultation) in writing B.A. theses. In addition, Deloitte provides its opinion on changes to the study programme, awards the best B.A. theses of M&F students at the Graduation Gala, and co-teaches a course on financial audit.

This degree is designed to prepare you for middle management roles in the financial and wider business sectors. International and therefore large companies are looking for graduates with an entrepreneurial and analytical mindset to make informed business and management decisions. Graduates emerging from this study program will have the right skills to undertake interesting business and management projects, including solving complex problems and making the right business decisions. We expect our graduates to be prepared to work in both large corporations and small and/or family businesses. You can progress to work as assistant managers or specialists in accounting, controlling and/or finance departments in a wide range of private, public or third sector organisations. Cooperation with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) offers students an opportunity to acquire a vocational qualification preparing them to start a professional career in management accounting. Overview of the study programme
The B.A. in Digital Communication & Social Media for Management study programme meets the latest requirements of the labour market both in Poland and abroad and as such focuses on the broadly understood digital communication, with an emphasis on social media, which the students are exploring and learning from the point of view of management. The study programme offers the students opportunities for holistic development, as our goal is to equip the graduates not only with hard analytical skills, but to combine them with soft skills, too. The graduates will be able to move smoothly in the digital communication and social media environment, being able to plan, prepare, and audit the activities carried out.
Some characteristics of the study programme
The most significant aspect of this programme of ours is its practical value. Several outstanding experts who work in the digital space on a daily basis as well as lecturers from international universities will be involved in teaching activities, and the Programme Council consists of representatives of companies from the digital and social media industries.
Graduates of the programme will be equipped with knowledge not only in the field of broadly understood social media, but above all with the skills that will allow them to manage social media in a professional manner owing to the wide spectrum of areas covered within individual thematic blocks.

The studies at the master level of Business Management aim at providing the future graduates with a multi-dimensional, managerial understanding of business and business organisations. The graduates shall be prepared to serve as managers of support units or consultants for managers in their business decision-making process and analysis at any level of an organisation.

This programme is open for people with a Bachelor's degree in any specialisation. Overview of the study programme
The study programme is addressed to people aspiring to work in an international and intercultural environment, both in global corporations and companies operating on domestic markets. The course addresses two key challenges and, at the same time, interests of the labor market, namely it develops the competencies of functioning in the digital environment, industry 4.0 or the Internet, as well as the ability to analyse and evaluate the operation of an organisation with emphasis on increasing efficiency. Contemporary business success is built on a synergistic combination of creativity with critical thinking, innovation, analytical view, and empathy, with the agility to make accurate decisions. In all these areas, access to reliable data and information becomes a key element. In the age of fake news, the ability to assess a situation based on credible data determines the effectiveness of management.
Some characteristics of the study programme
There is a reason behind the saying that if you do not measure something, you cannot manage it. This belief is of particular importance in the digital world. Since the knowledge and skills of Business and Digital Analytics graduates can be used in various industries, the graduates of this programme will find employment in companies characterised by modern and professional management as well as operating in international and multicultural environments.

The study programme covers the challenges, problems, and anthropogenic threats to the natural environment, as well as provides knowledge about modern environmental protection solutions for organisations of various types (business, public sector, social) and of different level of complexity. The profile of the graduate
The graduate of our programme should be professionally prepared to manage organisations while taking into account environmental aspects as an integral part of the overall management system. In particular, they should:
- have the awareness and knowledge of environmental problems in the organisation;
