EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
1. Any person witnessing a threat to the life, health and safety of people on the premises of the University of Lodz is obliged to immediately notify the Emergency Notification Center (tel. 112) and the administrative manager.
2. Each person staying on the premises of the University of Lodz is obliged to immediately notify the administrative manager (tel. 42 635 48 12, e-mail karolina.lewandowska@uni.lodz.pl) about failures of devices or installations, damages and faults as well as other problems related to the use of the rooms and their equipment.
3. Failures of devices and installations that occurred after working hours of the administrative manager should be reported to the receptionist on duty (tel. 42 635 62 40)
4. Emergencies requiring immediate action should be reported to the appropriate services:
- energy emergency (tel. 991);
- gas emergency (tel. 992);
- heating emergency (tel. 993);
- water and sewage emergency (tel. 994);
- Fire Service (tel. 998).
5. The administrative manager keeps a register of reported or identified threats to health or life and ways to remove them or take action to prevent this threat.
